There will be a Family FUN Night March 4 starting at 6:00 pm at the Y Main Facility at 3000 Racquet Club Drive. A good time to eat and share in families geared program. The cost is FREE to YMCA members and only $15 per family for non-members. The next night is scheduled for March 18 at the Y Early Childhood Center.
The Y's Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 3 with a social hour beginning at 5:30 pm. The event will be located at the Holiday Inn, West Bay, in Traverse City. Program will feature a "State of the Y" speech by CEO Tom Van Deinse and 2010 Volunteer Recognition. YMCA Members are $10 and are encouraged to RSVP to this limited seating event. Teen Dance: St. Patrick's Jig. Saturday, March 5, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Wear your favorite shade of green, dance the night away, eat pizza, and play sports in the Y Main Facility. For grades 6 - 8. Y members free and others $8 admittance. ID, appropriate attire and conduct required. Volunteers are always needed as chaperones. Mabel's is a locally owned and operated establishment since 1990. We have always cherished our local community and their patronage. As a way of giving back to our community, on Tuesday, March 15, Mabel's will be donating 15% of ALL dinner receipts from 4:00 pm - Close to the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA. Spring Break Camp will be happening at the Y from March 28 to April 1. Ages 5 - 15 years at our state licensed camp and is held at the Main Facility at 3000 Racquet Club Drive. Y members are $16 and non-members $25. Call 933-9622 for more information.
