Y TOTAL RESULTS TRAINING.

TRX Suspension Training delivers results with dynamic total body exercise that appeals to both men and women, no matter their fitness level and goals. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. 

This is offered Monday from 10:45 am - 11:30 am; Tuesday from 6:45 pm - 7:30 pm; and Wednesday from 8:45 am - 9:30 am. Y Members: $12 per 6 week session and non-Members: $72 per 6 week session.
