ELMBROOK SPONSOR SCRAMBLE FOR Y
(Traverse City, MI) The Elmbrook Golf Course is pleased to sponsor for the benefit of the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA, a 9-hole Scramble on Friday, June 10, 2011. Registration will be Friday, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm, with a shot gun start at 5:30 pm. The event is open to the public.
“This is a fun opportunity for the public and a way to benefit the Y,” according to Carolyn Olson of Elmbrook. “A portion of registration fees will go directly to the Y to support youth programs.”Pizza will follow the Scramble and entertainment will be provided. “We are fortunate to have The Ratones of Traverse City West High School providing the entertainment. Many of the performers were also in this spring’s production of Phantom of the Opera.”
Registration for the Scramble, food and entertainment is $45. Admission for the entertainment only is $15. Again, a portion of these fees will support the YMCA.
